Spirit FM, has done well to introduce Swahili news

SIR — spirit fm in koboko has made a very good decision to introduced swahili news which everybody in the area understands. Many people were left out because they did not understand English. The radio has very fluent readers of Swahili. I congratulate them upon this innovation. This is a good example of bringing services nearer to the people.
