Besigye petitions EA court over abduction, illegal arrest
Besigye, a retired Colonel from the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF), filed the petition against the Attorney General of Uganda and Attorney General of Kenya, jointly with human rights lawyers Andrew Karamagi, Godwin Toko and Anthony Odur.
