EDITOR—I am writing in response to a story about a a Dr Kabugo of Masaka Regional Hospital who knocked dead two people under uncertain circumstances.

There are two Dr Kabugos in Masaka, one in the referral hospital and the other in private practice. The affected one is the one in private practice and not me. I wish my namesake the best in this trying time.
